Cookies and measurement
Analytics is optional. Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice at the bottom of every page. The contact form works independently of that choice.
Optional analytics
With consent, Google Analytics measures page visits, service views, contact clicks, selected outbound links, downloads and a successful form delivery. Successful delivery means the email server accepted the message; it does not mean a sale was made. Names, email addresses, submitted website addresses and message contents are not sent to Analytics.
Analytics data may include a pseudonymous cookie identifier, events, page language and technical information about the visit. Query strings and fragments are removed from page addresses. Referrer addresses are reduced to their origin. This implementation does not enable advertising features, Google signals or automatic form measurement.
Your choice is kept in browser local storage as ramfa-analytics-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. If you consent, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies _ga and _ga_D7ZLB5N54N with a maximum lifetime of 180 days, without renewal on each visit. Withdrawing consent stops measurement, removes these cookies and reloads the page. It does not automatically erase previously collected data.
The existing Analytics property retains event data for two months and user data for 14 months, with the user retention period reset by new activity. These controls do not limit standard reports containing aggregated statistics. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA. Its processing and transfer information is linked below.
For operation and abuse prevention, the hosting provider processes technical connection information. The form uses a temporary hash of the connection address to limit requests and a temporary request identifier to reduce duplicate submissions. The application does not write form contents or raw IP addresses to its error logs. Contact us to exercise rights concerning your data.
