The operational need
A project plan is only useful when people know what they own and what happens next. Ramfaseo App brings project context and day-to-day tasks together instead of leaving progress scattered across separate conversations.
What is implemented
The application contains project and task views, a Kanban workflow, assignments, priorities and deadlines. Team collaboration, task comments, time logs and reporting sit alongside the work. A guided walkthrough helps users understand the workspace, while access to management areas follows the person's role.
My contribution
This is a product I developed around the organisation of delivery. The work connects an overview of ongoing projects with the details a team member needs to act on, rather than presenting a dashboard with no path into the work.
Public introduction, private workspace
The product has its own public entry point; the working areas require sign-in. This case describes capabilities present in the application source. Team records, budgets, conversations and project information are kept out of the public portfolio.
